This page still works:

http://search.info.apple.com/

Keywords kmosx5, kmosx4, kmosx3, kmosx2 etc... exist.

kmosx is generic Mac OS X.

Suggestions for Knowledgebase articles may be submitted on the Did this article help you footer of the articles in question. If you achieve Level 4 status in Apple Discussions http://discussions.apple.com/ you also get to write the authors of the knowledgebase suggestions.

Now I know for sure why I read you and other of my respected journalists, before I update anything or try to fix something.

I have always had trouble trying to get info from the Apple website. I don't always know what the terminology is to get the info I need.

I'm not a techie, but have been using Apple since the Apple 2 days and the first Mac. the machine is great, but their info is terrible.
Biggest personal gripe which you missed Ted. They no longer allow searching by keyword and the article listing ALL the keywords has disappeared.
Actually, I did give this a brief mention. See this paragraph:

"The newly formatted articles also no longer list the article number or its associated keywords. These often assisted me in searching for a specific article. No more."

Biggest personal gripe which you missed Ted. They no longer allow searching by keyword and the article listing ALL the keywords has disappeared. When you search for article number 75178 you get something entirely different now. Real bummer as that made searching a narrow subject range that much easier
There's an RSS feed with the most-recently-changed KB articles.
Cool. I hadn't thought about checking for that. Definitely worth knowing. Thanks!

My biggest gripe that's hopefully addressed with the KB update is the volume of articles that describe problems and resolutions...for original Mac OS systems! With luck, the purge and changes will remove these obsolete solutions...but not delete them. Apple should simply separate them into a separate item for those who still have their old Lombard PowerBook or Blue and White G3 with Mac OS 9 installed

Keeping support available for these people is not only good business, but great business, because customers who like Apple tend to buy it again.

I just used Google advanced search to find articles changed within the last week from site:support.apple.com. Still not as helpful without the modified date, but maybe somewhat useful.
